Facts about Biloxi
Biloxi is a city and one of two county seats of Harrison County, Mississippi, United States (the other seat being the adjoining city of Gulfport). The 2010 United States Census recorded the population as 44,054, and in 2018 the estimated population was 45,968. The area was first settled by French colonists.
Biloxi is located in southeastern Harrison County, bordered to the south by Mississippi Sound (part of the Gulf of Mexico) and to the northeast partially by Biloxi Bay, which forms part of the Jackson County line.
As of the census of 2000, there were 50,644 people, 19,588 households, and 12,379 families residing in the city.
